2nd year: collective intelligence / Social Responsibility

The focus of the second year is on a new We. How can the enhanced inner clarity and alertness be involved and expressed in a collective context?
 
We investigate the intelligence of groups and wide fields of consciousness  and learn how to consciously include these in our radius of experience. This allows us to use the dynamics of collective intelligence in the most various areas. (Group work, companies, hospitals, schools ...)
 
Training is therefore an apprenticeship for a deeper, experiential understanding of over-individual fields. This helps us to make our creative contribution in the world as a new We to extend possible old structures and points of view.

Spiral Dynamics Integral

We live in times of vast and quick changes. Our visible world transforms through technology advances, globalisation and the effects this has on our daily life, the way we communicate, live and work. This outer transformation goes hand in hand with an inner transformation that changes how what we see, how we experience life, what we value and our inner spiritual path. The dilemma’s, such as climate change, that our advances in society has brought us can only be dealt with if we transform our way of thinking, interacting and the way we perceive ourselves and our world.
 
Spiral Dynamics Integral gives us new map to look at reality. It puts the development of ourselves and our society in an evolutionary perspective and makes more visible what is being asked of us in our current time and what direction the evolutionary impulse is inviting us to.
 
Spiral Dynamics Integral is based on the works of Dr. Clare W. Graves an Dr. Don Beck. Beside them this workshop finds its inspiration with others such as Ken Wilber, Dee Hock and Barbara Marx Hubbard.
 
In the 2,5 day workshop we introduce the models of Spiral Dynamics Integral. We go through the development stages of humans and their society, learn to see how natural systems grow and develop and explore looking at our world in an integral way. The workshop lets participants explore this mainly through their own experiences and view of the world so they learn to recognize the development stages and change models from inside.

In the workshop we use presentation, music, interactive exercises, bodywork and theatre to explore.
 
There is no prerequisite to enter the workshop. It is aimed at anybody who is interested in learning more about human and societal development and finding clarity in our current complex world. It may be of specific interest to coaches, trainers and those working with organisational and societal changes and transformation.

Project Work

An essential part of training is the implementation of one or several projects during the period of study. Participants will envisage and implement projects which serve the world, either in groups or alone (for example in hospitals, prisons, with children and young people, in Third World countries). Throughout the whole period the projects will be aided by professional project coaching. We will also make contact with other networks in the world, so that international work in the context/topic of “Consciousness and awakening in the world" can grow. In this manner the spirit of studies can find its direct expression. Giving from our deep love and sympathy can creatively support the conscious evolution of the human race.

For some participants such a project can be a good starting point to give their life a new direction and to become active in areas that they have wanted to experience for a long time. Training creates an ideal space in which insights open up and can be directed towards new means of expression. If the flow of giving can be continued, then inner freedom will be expressed in our life.

Inspiration Labs

Here we will trace paths … Where did people such as Leonardo da Vinci, Einstein and other geniuses find their insight and inspiration? What kind of  "divine" access did they have? Is this door to universal knowledge open to everyone? And how can we hear and realize the voice of the future in the Now? Together we will investigate the memory of the future.

In the inspiration laboratory we will learn techniques of meditation and contemplation as well as the ability to open the door to new, super-conscious information, to admit innovation into all parts of our life. In this way we will use the pulse of creation of life as orientation, and become one with the front of evolution - heroes and heroines of consciousness on the journey in the eternal Now.

Science of Creation I

We all know about the formless source of life. But how does “the One“ express itself as “the Many“? How does the dance of life come into being amid the eternal moment? We will take a closer look at these questions. We will investigate the law of creation. Is there a “science of creation “ underlying all expressions of life?

We dive deeper into the pulse of creation of life and recognise the dynamic of creativity, of the One Intelligence, that shines through all of us. The more we let the pulse of creation free in every moment, the more we can rest in the flow of life.

Creativity is joy; being in the flow of life is therefore pure joy - joy at being deeply involved in life and creation. We live at the pulse of time, ride the wave of evolution, and see as the eye of God. We live our life dynamically, full of sympathy, devotion and presence.
We take part fully and involve ourselves completely. We follow the call as veritable people and in doing so dive into the depths of the mystery of life. Through the investigation of all aspects of our creation we recognise that emptiness and abundance, that the absolute and the relative are the same ocean.

Collective Fields

We dive into the collective aspects of our field of consciousness. What are the movements of group fields? How can we accompany the process of a group and the associated collective intelligence? We take a deeper look into the level of creation of the collective consciousness of the human race and examine the possibilities of collective forms of healing which correspond to a digital We.  What does the perception of our reality look like on the next step of evolution, and what effect does it have on our understanding of individualisation?

We examine synchronisation, tonings, group meditation. We study the phenomenon of "Reducing interpersonal friction” and the associated increase in intelligence.

A sensitive, clear awareness of group process can come in useful in parts of our life in which we are confronted with many people, for example at the workplace. This has a positive effect on teams, organisations, companies, projects, as well as community life, and our contribution towards the Whole becomes increasingly clear.
We will research our social intelligence systematically as well as ways to aid its development.
