We live in times of vast and quick changes. Our visible world transforms through technology advances, globalisation and the effects this has on our daily life, the way we communicate, live and work. This outer transformation goes hand in hand with an inner transformation that changes how what we see, how we experience life, what we value and our inner spiritual path. The dilemma’s, such as climate change, that our advances in society has brought us can only be dealt with if we transform our way of thinking, interacting and the way we perceive ourselves and our world.
 
Spiral Dynamics Integral gives us new map to look at reality. It puts the development of ourselves and our society in an evolutionary perspective and makes more visible what is being asked of us in our current time and what direction the evolutionary impulse is inviting us to.
 
Spiral Dynamics Integral is based on the works of Dr. Clare W. Graves an Dr. Don Beck. Beside them this workshop finds its inspiration with others such as Ken Wilber, Dee Hock and Barbara Marx Hubbard.
 
In the 2,5 day workshop we introduce the models of Spiral Dynamics Integral. We go through the development stages of humans and their society, learn to see how natural systems grow and develop and explore looking at our world in an integral way. The workshop lets participants explore this mainly through their own experiences and view of the world so they learn to recognize the development stages and change models from inside.

In the workshop we use presentation, music, interactive exercises, bodywork and theatre to explore.
 
There is no prerequisite to enter the workshop. It is aimed at anybody who is interested in learning more about human and societal development and finding clarity in our current complex world. It may be of specific interest to coaches, trainers and those working with organisational and societal changes and transformation.

Spiral Dynamcis in businesses and organisations

After exploring our own development through the lens of Spiral Dynamics Integral in the 2,5 day workshop, we will spend this extra day together exploring the application of this work in development of businesses and organisations. Some of the issues we explore:

• How can we use SDI while working on organisational development?
• Getting more clarity about the effectiveness of existing O.D. methods
• Introducing some of the tools available to work with SDI
• Reviewing the effectiveness of your own current practices and methods through the SDI lens
• Exploring how our best practices in working with organisations can facilitate the emergence of consciousness

This day is for anybody that either works in management of companies or organisations internally, or as an external coach, trainer or consultant.

Workshop fee: € 100 (if paid by yourself); € 175 if paid by company
