Transparent Communication and Body Work

Our body is a fantastic instrument, designed in millions of years of evolution. It is our direct connection with ourselves and with our surroundings. Everything we are in contact with, be it our environment, our emotions, feelings and thoughts, is being processed and expressed through our body in a specific way. No matter whether we are aware of this or whether we encounter these pieces of information as consequences without noticing.
Because we react to past experiences it is rare that we are truly in contact with what is happening within us. Family, education, culture and many other things aim at functioning in a particular world and making this automatic until we less and less feel what is really happening within us. Our inner dynamic, however, does not dissolve - it is controlled by effort and later on we meet these energies as manifold symptoms.
This seminar aims at reacquainting and connecting ourselves with our body and the body of the others. For this we use various tools such as
- physical exercises, on our own and with another person
- awareness exercises and guided meditations
- transparent communication
We will spend a whole weekend investigating the most obvious that is closest to us and feeling straight away the often striking results. It will be an intense, joyful and touching time!
