Inner Science Circles

InnerScience Circles for AISThe second division of the Academy of InnerScience is dedicated to questioning and testing – undertaking research in inner science. In the AIS research groups - the ‘InnerScience Circles’ - experts on various topics combine their knowledge with experience in working with consciousness. New solutions for pressing global challenges arise from deep mystical practice and a wakeful culture of co-creation in such areas as, for instance: business, education, health and creativity/art. Other InnerCircles concerning family and aging/death are also being planned.

The InnerScience Circles expand their radius of effect within their respective fields. On occasion there is cooperation with universities and other institutions in Europe and the U.S. The questions that the Circles pose arise from members’ everyday lives as well from as contributions from international collaborators and participants in the open workshops. Any solutions found are tested by members of the Circles in their working environments and are continuously improved and developed.

The supporting principles of the development of consciousness – teacher, Sangha, daily practice, spiritual friend and service to the world – are anchored within the Circles. Members have explored their personality in depth, are connected to a higher reality and possess high interpersonal clarity. For further development of their consciousness they receive instruction from spiritual teacher Thomas Hübl and pursue their daily practice through meditation, body work and Transparent Communication in their everyday lives.

By aligning themselves with a common goal, and through wakeful collaboration, the Circles form a special type of Sangha. Transparent Communication and conscious encouragement of intuition are important foundations. The projects, studies, workshops and research groups are seen as a service to the world. They contribute to gradually making spirituality become more recognized by the public as an all-encompassing competence.

Each area of interest grows organically, resulting in different organizational structures for the various Circles. They each form an aspect of the new We – the conscious collective force. Each research group is carried and driven by a core of between 6 and 14 people who wish to be involved intensively over a long period of time. The group size is ideal for promoting innovative ideas in mutual contact while simultaneously transforming conflicts or inhibiting-group-processes.
