ECONOMY AND CONSCIOUSNESS CIRCLE

Within the framework of the Academy of InnerScience (AIS) the InnerScience Circle “Economy & Consciousness” (ecc) was founded in 2009 by several people working in business, including from the imu augsburg. Members share a vision of being a part of the development of vital and healthy organizations and businesses. As businessmen and women from within the corporate, voluntary or social sectors, as business coaches, consultants or trainers, they are all continually confronted within the current economic framework. Based on their daily experiences in their working lives, members develop collective analyses, creative approaches for solving problems, and models for working and business-life in the third millennium. The focal point of their work is the evolution of human consciousness.
Vision: What will businesses and organizations of the future be like?
The ecc aims to find ways for businesses to develop so that they:
- create a healthy environment for employees and partners, in which everyone can unfold their full potential
- can offer valuable, respectful, ethically-developed and responsible contributions to their clients and society on the basis of their products, actions and services
- are conscious of their responsibility for a sustainable balance of the ecosystem
- consciously and actively participate in the individual and social development of consciousness.
How does the InnerScience Circle “Economy & Consciousness” work?
Members of the ecc regard evolution as a creative force working continuously within ‘the now’. Organizations and people are involved in this evolutionary process and can learn to perceive this force at all times and use it for their own healthy development. Members believe that the development of individual and organizational consciousness is essential for the creation of vital, efficient, innovative organizations and businesses of the future.
The ecc members apply current understanding and developments from consciousness research and closely related fields like psychology, education, social sciences or neurobiology to businesses, economic systems and society. This work integrates approaches such as change management, transformational processes, business-, cultural- and personal development, and reaches far beyond. Members use their leading-edge knowledge of structural changes in the evolution of humanity - and they find their answers and impulses within the greater collective intelligence of the group.
How does the InnerScience Circle "Economy & Consciousness" support individuals and organizations in their development?
We pose fundamental questions about the development of consciousness and the building of competencies and we offer support in finding answers:
- Where can we find and leverage the highest potential of an organization and of its people?
- Where does the evolutionary impulse lead us in economic terms?
- How can organizations and those involved in them become aware of blockages, contractions and non-integrated aspects of their lives, and how may these be further integrated, and to what effect?
We accompany individuals and organizations:
- in the collective development of consciousness and in the next step in their approach to authentic innovation
- in their leadership development
- in choosing qualified and appropriate coaches and trainers
- in the application of new thinking in – for example – their supply chains, the transfer of research, the co-development of enterprise and economic systems.).
