Training as an Inner-Science Practice Group Leader

As we continue to expand, our sharing groups are turning into Practice Groups. These require new competencies and sensitivities of us – especially in terms of ‘transparent communication’ as a transpersonal approach to communication. A further cornerstone of this work is the double emphasis on spiritual practice and on its integration into our everyday life. These two areas form the basis of this training.

Through this training you will have the opportunity to

• Cultivate new competencies and practice tools to help you lead Inner-Science groups;
• Gain a certificate for the training;
• Network with other Inner-Science groups within the field;
• Participate in video-conferences with other groups and with Thomas Hübl;
• Promote your group on the Academy of Inner Science’s website.

Conditions for participation are

• A binding commitment to the participation in all three weekends;
• Participation in an annual refreshment weekend to keep the certificate current;
• Self-responsibility in taking supervision hours when needed.

The specific topics of the three weekends will be

1st Weekend – Interpersonal Competencies and Limits

• Developing your abilities to be transparent and empathic;
• Seeing both the shadow and potentials;
• Recognizing and accompanying group processes;
• Training intuition.

2nd Weekend – Transpersonal Spaces and Fields

• Opening and holding spaces;
• Incorporating collective intelligence;
• Exploring higher connections.

3rd Weekend – Mysticism and Meditation

• Practicing exercises for meditation and perception;
• References to integral maps;
• Reading and understanding spiritual texts.

Group-Leaders:

Vivian Kolbe
has been a practitioner since 1997. He is also an alternative (health) practitioner, osteopath and a therapist for Gestalt-Therapy focused on trauma-therapy and body-work. Since early 2005 he has been a trainee in Thomas Hübl’s assistance-team and has accompanied the Timeless Wisdom Training I.

Susanne Maria Ahlendorf
has her own psychotherapy practice. She has been leading groups since 1998 in stress-solution, yoga, teacher-education, development of consciousness, Sharing and Transparent Communication. She accompanies the Timeless Wisdom Training I and II and has been a trainee in Thomas Hübl’s assistance-team since 2007

Axel Perinchery
offers trainings, workshops and creates projects in areas such as diversity management, inter-cultural communication, and non-violent and transparent communication. He has participated in the Timeless Wisdom Training at the Academy of Inner Science and has been a trainee in Thomas Hübl’s assistance-team since 2010.

• 1st Weekend: 07th–09th October 2011
• 2nd Weekend: 16th–18th December 2011
• 3rd Weekend: 23th–25th March 2012

The training begins: Fridays at 4:00 pm and end Sundays 1:30 pm

Room and board with dinner, breakfast and lunch, all organic quality will cost:

• 30.50€ in a dormitory (please ask the Yoga-Center directly), a tent or a camper
• 35.00€ in a 4-bed room with bathroom
• 42.50€ in a double room with bathroom 56.50€ in a single room with bathroom

Note
To keep the costs for rooms as low as possible, the prices do not include towels or bedclothes. You may either bring your own or rent from us. The beds are generally 2.2m long. If you would like to book bedclothes it will cost 7.10€ for an already-made bed and 5€ if you make the bed yourself. A towel will cost 1€. For directions please see the following link:

Conditions for participation
With the transfer of the fee for the first weekend, your registration for all three weekends is binding. The seminar fees for the second and third weekend are due 6 weeks before beginning. For cancellations up to 4 weeks before the seminar a 50€ handling fee will be charged. Any cancellation will have to be done in written form. For cancellations less than 4 weeks prior to the seminars we will charge 50% of the original fee. If the participant does not show up or leaves early then 100% of the fee will be charged. Should you send a replacement instead of yourself, Sharing the Presence UG (limited liability) reserves the right to deny this person without giving reasons.
