The Inner Science Circle “education and consciousness” is expanding its range of offers. We are building a sangha of people who are interested in modern mysticism and would like to further develop themselves spiritually. The sangha also offers contact and exchange with colleagues as well as an improved professional profile.

Development of consciousness as path towards authentic action

Reflecting and supporting one another to realize and cultivate ‘the potentials within’ puts us in a position to apply our power where it can have the greatest impact. Sustainability arises from the consciousness of togetherness in personal life, in school, in contexts of respective relationships and beyond that in society as well.

Why do I act the way I do? Why do I keep silent when I am of a different opinion? Is it my job to tell my students what they need to do? How is performance defined nowadays? How can I create a climate in which students and colleagues can develop? What are my special abilities? Anyone who has asked him or herself these kinds of questions or believes that they will be asking them has come to the right place. This advanced training is for teachers, school teachers, teachers in training and students, for anyone who has been working in education for a while and works with people, and for those just beginning in this field. It is especially designed for people who are in leading positions, with responsibility for other personnel (school directors, home-room teachers, seminar leaders) – those who enjoy being in contact with highly motivated people.

Seminar content:

• Raising consciousness and training various perceptions
• Training of transparent communication
• Schooling of the perception of personal potentials and that of others
• Systemic understanding of competencies

Silke Weiß
Tenure teacher for biology, chemistry, Spanish and German. Born 1970. Yoga instructor. Group and seminar leader, holds advanced training for teachers at the University of Frankfurt. Since 2009 a member of the assistant group of Thomas Hübl. Initiator and director of the Inner Science Circle "Education and Consciousness". Mother of two daughters (14 and 17).

Susanne Ahlendorf
Physiotherapist with her own practice. Group leader for transparent communication; Practice-group leader training; InnerScience Circle “Education and Consciousness”; dissolution of stress; Yoga. She accompanies the Timeless Wisdom Training I and II and has been an instructor for the training of the assistance group of Thomas Hübl. Mother of one grown daughter.

• Booking guidelines: Cancellations up to 4 weeks before the event will be charged a 50 € administrative fee. Thereafter and up to the event 50% of the course fee will be payable.
