A new and powerful approach to change is now available which identifies hidden underlying dynamics that limit an organisation’s full potential. Dynamics which can keep a business constrained by its past, unambitious and blind to its future.

This two-day change process will:

• identify key issues which may be holding a business back from success and stronger potential;
• bring an understanding of habitual, unconscious workplace behaviours, helping to free people from recurring patterns and releasing their creativity;
• generate openings, insights and often systemic healing, by helping people to behave in ways more aligned with the natural balancing forces that influence all of organisational life;
• help leaders face their choices with a deeper awareness of the whole picture behind the business, so that they see clearly how and where they need to act - leading to more sustainable outcomes and holistic solutions

How does it work?

Healing The Business is delivered to a group of people who represent a single business organisation. Through brief preliminary interviews and a series of presentations and exercises, we identify key issues with which a business may be confronted. During the two days we explore and test for potential movement within the whole interconnected business-system. This reveals how any movement produces effects in other parts of the system simultaneously. The exercises reveal hidden information and blockages as well as potential connections and consequences. The two days may be followed by coaching sessions to ensure the lessons of the process are more fully integrated. As a result, decision-makers and people at all levels of an organisation are strengthened, while change is facilitated in all the hidden systems inside the wider business environment.

Who delivers the change process?

Stephen Busby is a visionary coach and consultant with 25 years' experience helping people to find and fulfil their higher potential in organisations in Europe, Africa, Asia and North America. He has a special interest in systemic constellational process work and is the founder of Deep-Systems Healing for Individuals and Organisations (www.deepsystemshealing.com). He offers systemic coaching for evolutionary potential and trainings in inner leadership skills and in innovation-competence. He is based at Findhorn in Scotland.

Dr. Markus Strobel founded the economic research and consulting institute imu augsburg GmbH & Co. KG (www.imu-augsburg.de) 18 years ago. He is also co-founder of the Augsburg School of Corporate Development. He supports various organizations with the progressive development of their competence levels and with the integration of shadow aspects, and encourages them to express their highest potential. His work is reflected in higher awareness levels, vitality and the innovative power of an organization. He has a systemic and integral background.

Dr. Till Noethel works as a business coach and consultant and is a partner of the coaching and training institute E>V (www.egroesserv.de). He helps people on their way to a happy and fulfilled life, and to unfold their unique potential in order to spread success for their organisation, the individual and the society from its natural source. Previously he worked in the executive management of international brand product companies for 14 years.
