Circle Education and Consciousness

Circle “Education and Consciousness” Core-group meeting from Sept. 30th – Oct. 2nd in Münster

It’s two years since this group was created and right from the beginning of our meeting it was clear that we now wanted to take the group to the next level, so that we engage more with concrete external projects. We want to move forward in our ambition to work in a more process- and project oriented way. The main topic was finding a structure in which research, project development and community are all well-balanced.

In looking at leadership, we used the spiral dynamics memes – positioning ourselves according to a growth-spiral and with the question of what leadership means on each of these levels, and in which way we have integrated these leadership qualities in each of the world-views expressed in our lives. This positioning lead to strong processes. A harmonising and strong formation emerged, in which each representative found a clear and coherent position from which they connect to preceding and succeeding memes.

Am Sonntag gab es eine Menge konkreter Visionen für Projekte und das Statement, „still confused on a higher level".

On Sunday there was a wide variety of concrete visions for projects and a recognition that there is ‘still some confusion prevalent on higher level’. After two years of transparent support, Susanne bid the group farewell. Many thanks for her loving, spiritual being, and for becoming with us.
